On Monday, Nigerians woke up to the news of proposed jail term for
'dollar hoarders'. The draft amendment of the Foreign Exchange Act
proposed that 'anybody holding dollars in cash for more than 30 days
risk a jail term for as long as 2 years or a fine of 20% of the amount.
